General Terms

Last updated: 14 April 2026

These General Terms apply to your use of Tryable, including participation in product tests and related services. By creating an account, browsing tests, or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Operator

Tryable is operated by Unhead AS, with registered address at Åssiden Terrasse 44E, 1160 Oslo, Norway.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate profile data and keeping it up to date.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.

3. How Product Testing Works

  • Applying to a product test does not guarantee selection.
  • Selection depends on campaign requirements, profile fit, geography, availability, and other criteria determined by Tryable and participating brands.
  • For physical samples, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide honest, independent, and lawful feedback based on your own experience.
  • Do not submit false applications, manipulated responses, or duplicate submissions.
  • Do not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws when posting public reviews.

5. Products, Samples, and Availability

  • Product availability, shipment windows, and campaign duration can change at any time.
  • Some campaigns may be delayed, modified, or canceled without liability.
  • Products are provided as part of test campaigns and may be subject to specific campaign rules.

6. Incentives and Taxes

Where incentives are offered, campaign-specific terms apply. You are solely responsible for any tax, reporting, customs, or other obligations that may arise in your country.

7. Intellectual Property

Tryable, its branding, and service content are owned by Unhead AS or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly permitted by law.

By submitting feedback, you grant Unhead AS and participating brands a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your submitted feedback for product improvement, campaign reporting, and service operations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating fake identities or applications.
  • Attempting to game selection criteria.
  • Uploading unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
  • Using bots, scripts, or scraping tools against the service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these terms or where reasonably necessary to protect users, brands, or the service.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unhead AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including rights available under applicable data protection laws such as the GDPR.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
